About NFP - The North Fulton Photography Blog was created as a place for me to share my photographs, my thoughts about photography, and life in general. Its a place for me to be me. I am not going to get too hung up on the idea that this has to be a "professional" extension of my portfolio site. Hopefully it will give you a better idea of who I am. About me - I am husband and the father of four kids in a blended family. Photography for me is an outlet that allows me to develop a creative side I never knew I had. I can't draw, I can't paint and I certainly can't sing but I like to think that I can make great photographs and will continue to learn this craft for the rest of my life. Along the way I hope to share those images and lessons with whoever is interested. More than anything, I love the idea that the photograph captures a moment in time (some magical some mundane) and freezes it forever. Viewing photographs of the people in my life is the closest I will ever get to time travel.
